The Department of Health and Human Services released video of the third round of its HHSinnovates awards ceremony that honors agency employees for using technology in innovative ways. The ceremony was held September 26 at HHS headquarters and included HHS Secretary Kathleen Sebelius and Office of Personnel Management Director John Berry.
