The new complaint comes after the Pentagon concluded last month that there are no conflicts of interest surrounding the ongoing Joint Enterprise Defense Infrastructure (JEDI) procurement.

The strategy emphasizes the "urgency, scale, and unity of effort" needed to make AI transformational both for the DOD and the nation at an operational level.
