Federal employee engagement and satisfaction down; Translating data into successful IT outcomes

Federal employee engagement and satisfaction was slightly down overall across the federal workforce in 2022, according to the latest Best Places to Work in the Federal Government rankings from the Partnership for Public Service and Boston Consulting Group. 

Partnership for Public Service President and CEO Max Stier discusses the 2022 rankings and explains what might be the cause for a decline in engagement and satisfaction for the second straight year.
