The House Subcommittee on Terrorism, HUMINT, Analysis, and Counterintelligence will hold an open hearing on Wednesday to examine the Department of Homeland Security’s role in the intelligence community.
Witnesses from the Aspen Institute will include former DHS Secretary Michael Chertoff, former Deputy Director of FBI’s National Security Branch and Deputy Director of CIA’s Counterterrorist Center Philip Mudd, and former Deputy National Security Advisor for Combating Terrorism Juan Zarate.
The hearing will start at 1 p.m. in Room 340 of the Cannon House Office Building.
