Dave Levy joined Amazon Web Services in 2017 after leading government sales for Apple for more than a decade. Now at AWS, he works with government, enterprise and nonprofit organizations to transform their technology and fulfill on their missions. At the AWS Public Sector Summit in 2019, Levy commented on how digital transformation and the cloud are helping modernize the federal workforce. “It’s allowing the IT workforce to start focusing on things that are really valuable instead of managing hardware or managing an IT environment strictly. It’s giving the ability to deliver solutions, and that’s really exciting.”
