GSA to Host Small Business Utilization Webinar

The General Services Administration will host a free small business utilization training webinar on February 2 at 1 p.m. EST. The webinar will focus on how the federal acquisition regulation has changed to provide agencies with discretionary authority to set-aside orders against multiple award contracts for small business.
